Startup Project

This semester, I had the chance to work with an amazing team on a project that combined creativity, research and real-world impact. Our goal was the founding of a fictional startup. From identifying a problem all the way to delivering a functional solution.

We focused on TIM Graz, a car-sharing service and explored how we could improve the usability and user experience of the app and booking process. Through interviews, usability testing and process analysis, we discovered that many users had difficulties booking a car and then unlocking it via the app. These touchpoints were not only frustrating but also discouraged regular use.

Our final result was a comprehensive guide with clear, actionable improvements for the service, which we had the opportunity to present in front of our entire cohort. It was an incredibly rewarding moment to share something that could actually improve a real product used by real people.

From researching and testing to designing and presenting, this project was a perfect deep dive into the startup mindset and UX process. It reminded me just how exciting it is to work on something meaningful  and how good design really can make a difference.
